A rich blend of blackcurrant, strawberry, blueberry and blackberry. Use to elevate pan sauces and savoury compotes.

Layered, jammy berry depth with a crisp acid backbone.

Best paired with
Venison, red meat glazes, artisan cheese boards, and sparkling water tonic.

Ingredients
Grape vinegar, fruit (black currant, strawberry, blueberry, blackberry), sucrose, glucose syrup, modified starch, citric acid, sea salt, cassis flavouring. Natural colourant: beetroot.
Great for
glazing roasts, pan-fry sauces, salad dressings, charcuterie boards, pizza and pinsa dips.
Storage
Store in a cool, dark place. Use within 4 weeks after opening. Shake well before use.
