Strawberry & Olive Oil Dip
Olive oil with a sweet-tart pool of OCC Strawberry Fruit Vinegar and a hint of chilli — made for tearing into fresh bread.
Method
- Pour the olive oil into a shallow dipping bowl.
- Spoon the strawberry vinegar into the centre so it forms a red pool in the oil.
- Scatter over the chilli flakes and flaky salt.
- Serve straight away with warm bread.
Chef’s tip
Leave out the chilli for a sweeter dip, or add a little crushed garlic for a savoury one.
