Strawberry Shrub Spritz
A light, sweet-tart shrub made with OCC Strawberry Fruit Vinegar — mix with sparkling water for a refreshing non-alcoholic drink, or add a splash of gin or vodka for a cocktail.
Method
- Fill 4 glasses with ice.
- Pour 15ml of strawberry vinegar into each glass.
- Top each glass with sparkling water, dividing evenly.
- Garnish each glass with a mint sprig and a halved strawberry. Stir gently before serving.
Chef’s tip
For a cocktail version, add 30ml gin or vodka per glass before topping with sparkling water.
